The hotel rooms were good with good facilities and easily accessible. Thanks to Mr Swapnil and Peter from the front desk. The rooms were always clean, had good room service, and were easy to access. I even got upgraded to a much better room!

However, the service lacked courtesy from the reception to the manager, which was a downside. The location was excellent for a relaxing stay, although not very close to public transport options.
